Vixen Strong

Level 1 Conditioning

Build the strength every Vixen needs! This 55-minute beginner-friendly conditioning class focuses on developing the core, grip, and upper-body strength essential for pole. Through drills on and off the pole, you’ll work on foundational exercises that improve stability, endurance, and control to improve inverts, Perfect for new students or anyone looking to strengthen their pole basics and progress with confidence.

Pole Level 3

Advanced

Focuses on refining technique, building endurance, and mastering fluid transitions between complex movements. In this class, students work on linking skills together into longer, more dynamic combinations, while developing greater control, strength, and artistry on the pole. Students will explore power-based movements, advanced transitions, and flexibility or contortion-based elements, all designed to challenge both strength and mobility. This level requires a strong technical foundation, students should already be comfortable performing aerial inversions and shoulder mounts, demonstrate solid competency in leg and body switches, and feel confident maintaining stability and control with minimal points of contact.

Pole Level 2:

Intermediate

Focuses on developing the strength, control, and technical foundation needed to progress into more advanced pole work. In this class, students build upon their existing skills from Level 1 while continuing to improve conditioning, endurance, and body awareness. Students will work on inversions and shoulder mounts, both from the floor and aerial positions, while learning fundamental inverted pole movements and short combinations that help link skills together smoothly.

Pole Level 1:

Beginner

This class is the perfect starting point for anyone new to pole dancing. Beginner Pole introduces students to the fundamental skills and techniques needed to build a strong and safe foundation in pole. No prior experience is necessary—this class is designed to help you progress at a comfortable pace while developing strength, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive environment. During class, we will review proper attire, studio etiquette, and important safety guidelines before moving into the core elements of pole training. Students will begin learning foundational skills such as basic spins, climbing techniques, and introductory inversions, along with simple, fun combinations that help connect movements and build confidence on the pole.

Vertical Vixens

Handspring Pole

This class is designed for Level 2 students and above who are ready to begin exploring the strength, control, and technique required for handsprings and advanced pole balances. Students will learn the fundamental mechanics of handsprings, including proper engagement, grip variations, leg positioning, and safe entries and exits. Students will practice lifting into handsprings from both the floor and the pole, while also working on transitions that build control and fluidity within these movements.

Spintensity

Level 2 and 3

This is an intermediate class designed for students who have mastered the basics of spinning pole and are ready to expand their skills with more challenging spins, combinations, and transitions. This class focuses on strength, fluidity, and control, helping dancers connect movements smoothly while maintaining proper technique. Students will build upon foundational skills by learning more advanced spins, grip variations, and leg positions, along with safe entries and exits that allow for dynamic and continuous movement. Emphasis is placed on linking spins into short combinations and sequences, developing endurance, and confidence on th the pole.

Spintensity

Level 1 and 2

Students will explore the basic mechanics of spinning pole movement,/-- including grip techniques, proper body alignment, and foundational spins. The class also covers safe entry and exit strategies, helping beginners feel secure while learning new skills. Simple combinations and sequences are incorporated to connect spins with movement, emphasizing control, balance, and smooth transitions. No prior pole experience is required—this class is perfect for students looking to build a strong foundation in spinning pole technique while having fun, improving body awareness, and gaining confidence on the pole.

Level 2 Conditioning

Take your pole strength to the next level. This 55-minute intermediate conditioning class is designed for students who have a solid foundation in pole basics and are ready to build the strength, endurance, and control needed for more advanced tricks and transitions.

Vixens Stretch N Flex

Stretching

Perfect for all experience levels, whether you are brand new to pole or an experienced dancer looking to improve lines, extensions, and overall mobility. This class focuses on improving the flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness that make pole movements feel stronger, smoother, and more controlled. This class will rotate concentrating on various muscle groups throughout the week. Check the class schedule for which muscle group is assigned.

Open Pole / Open Gym

Practice & Exercise

An open pole class is a flexible, all-level session where anyone can join to practice and improve their pole skills at their own pace. Unlike structured lessons, it’s not led step-by-step by an instructor; instead, participants work independently on spins, climbs, tricks, or routines while an instructor provides guidance and spotting as needed. The atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, making it ideal for dancers who want extra practice time, to refine choreography, or explore creative movement in a shared space.

Vixens Fit HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training

This is a high-energy class designed for all levels to build the strength, endurance, and power needed to level up your pole practice. Using high-intensity interval training (HIIT), this class alternates short bursts of challenging exercises with brief recovery periods to maximize results in a fun and motivating environment. This class will rotate concentrating on various muscle groups throughout the week. Check the class schedule for which muscle group is assigned.

Work the Base

Floor Pole

This all-level dance and choreography class focuses on fluid movement around the base of the pole, emphasizing graceful transitions, musicality, and expressive floorwork. Students will learn how to move seamlessly between the pole and the floor, creating smooth, low-flow combinations that highlight control, creativity, and body awareness.
